Well exam;s are over and I got most of my marks back and ........... I passed them all with an A average. Even in a subject I thought I bombed on. Organizational Behaviour, a really dry and boring subject dealing on touchy feely emotions and mostly crap like that. I have to say tho that it does seem like I did learn something in the first two months of the class. Now I just got to get thru the next two months and the final exam. Crosses fingers. :)
My accounting is getting harder and for some reason it seems like I'm not having that much trouble understanding it. Some of it is actually starting to make sense, lol
Tomorrow I start Word Processing and Financial Math and not too sure what I'm gonna think of those. Oh well it's time for me to go to bed and hopefully get some more sleep tonight than I did last night.

Some Peoples Children
This past week has been just crappy. Awhile ago our house was broken into by one of my daughter's friends. It was bad enough that she broke into our house, but she had to lie about it. I told her mother and all she cared about was something that was completely unrelated. How pathetic is that? Someone accuses your daughter of B&E and theft and you focus on something completely different.
I'm reluctant to go to the police as it means my daughter will have to give a statement and if it goes to court she'll have to testify. I feel that she's been traumatized enough. I don't want her going thru that. The kid is just going to ignore the little thing she used to call a friend. Hopefully the little thing will leave her alone, and hopefully grow up. But you and I both know that's not going to happen anytime soon.
The only thing I can hope for as a parent is that I teach my kids to respect other peoples property, to not turn the blame on anyone else and to own up to their own mistakes and wrongdoings. No matter how much I may gripe and complain about my kids I love them dearly and only want to protect them. Some times it means protecting them from themselves and even if they don't want protecting you just gotta do it.

School
Well I've started my Business Administration course at ACC last week and already we have homework and projects due. Oh boy!
One of them isn't so bad, a 500 word paper on what Organizational Business is and how it will affect me in the next 5 years, as well as giving 3 trends and what their impact will be. That one's not so hard and I have a week to do it.
The one that is worrying me is for my Canadian Business class. Everyone in class had to come with a business idea and argue for it in their group. Well I came up with a good one and didn't have to argue very hard for it at all.
Now you may ask what kind of idea is so great that it doesn't need to be sold to other people. That they like it when you just mention what kind of business it is?

A teen social/night club.
I mean how cool is that. A place specifically for kids 13 to 17 years old.Where we live there is no place for teens to hang out in the evening. Unless you count 711. So most of the teens in town wander the streets in groups getting into trouble and such. This place would have like a games area with pool and arcade video games. A dance floor with music, and a restaurant like area with a limited kitchen menu.
I'm not going to go into more detail here. Who knows someone may decide they want my idea. :P
I'll give more updates on school and such as I stop being such a slacker.

Update
So again it's been awhile since I posted. In the past couple of weeks I have gotten my learners license and I'm soo happy I don't have to do the GDL. Since I had it before 2001 and I just let it lapse. Now it's all a matter of practice and doing the road test then it's a full one for me.
When we go into the city to see friends this weekend I will be driving. It's going to be nerve wracking for sure. :0

The Druid
So I've been playing WoW again. This time on Cenarian Circle with rl friends, and I'm playing my druid. Now I have her dual speced healer/boomkin. Yesterday I went into the looking for group for random heroics, I got into 2 as a healer, I thought I was doing well keeping everyone alive (for the most part). I mean if your gonna do something stupid like allow the debuff stacks to reach 100 during the Corla, Herald of Twilight, then it's gonna wipe us. I can't heal stupid. Seriously I can't.
Another dungeon I went in as a healer is Shadowfang Keep. It took two tries to kill the first boss, and then on the third boss. Commander Springvale, no matter what we did, the dps just couldn't kill the adds fast enough, so he keeps healing himself and I run outta mana so everybody is dead. :(
The third time I entered a heroic was a dps and something must have been wrong cause i was second on the dps meters. I never second or first on those things. My dps was higher than a hunters and they have pet constantly and unlimited ammo.

Perogy Fest
Well another Ukrainian Festival is over with..... and I survived it. Barely. As I probably said in a previous post I'm working in a restaurant, and the other waitress has gone on vacation for three weeks and may not come back. Or at least may not be welcome back. It may have something to do with her not showing up for her shifts and not calling the boss to say why. Either way she's not there, there is another part time waitress who was supposed to help this past weekend, plus a couple of people were hired. The other waitress never showed for her shift and when she did show, she was going from bouncing off the walls to falling asleep standing up. I swear to the almighty that she was on something for she was soooo spaced out that she didn't know where her orders went. and she took them.
One of the people she hired had never waited tables before, he said he applied for a cooks or dishwasher job. I showed him the basics I mean it's not rocket science, but apparently his brain is soo messed up that he can't remember how to work a coffee machine. It has a button on it that tells you to push it to brew the coffee. For doing dishes we have three sinks set up 1 for washing, 1 for first rinse, and then the final rinse before stacking them to dry. He screwed that up too. For some reason when the water in the first one was cold and dirty, instead of changing the water he started washing dishes in the second one. He told the manager that he'd wash her dishes, and not wait on tables(he was insulting and swearing about the customers), needless to say he was fired.
As for the other people that were hired to help out this weekend, not a single one showed. So for three days Thursday, Friday and Saturday I worked basically from open to close. That's about a good 11 hour day. Now you may say I'm nuts. I don't see it that way, I see it as helping out my employer who was in a bind. Her son had to go to Winnipeg cause his son was in a tournament to see if his baseball team would make the Provincials, so he couldn't be there to help out.
For the most part I had a really nice time working this past weekend, the only downside is that my knee is starting to lock up if it is in one position for to long. Then I start walking like I'm crippled and need to be in a wheelchair. Maybe someday I will be, who knows, It may not happen for a long time. At least I hope not. That's all for today.

Computers
Hey everyone it's been awhile since my last post. I know I'm so lazy about it. :)
I had Dwayne wipe my comp and reinstall windows on it. It was running so slow and it seems as if I got hacked or something. My hotmail acct was sending out spam emails and pretending they were coming from Blizzard. Blizzard is the company who has Warcraft, and they frown on those things. And someone was on my facebook acct when my computer was turned off. so needless to say it was time to reformat, the only way to be sure there were no viruses and such on it. Now I'm just waiting for Warcraft to download so I can play on my 2 days off. That's another blog post there, just not sure when. Maybe today if I get industrious. :P
